Alresford Parish Council has a robust complaints procedure.

If any member of the Public has a complaint about a Parish Councillor or a member of Staff (other than the Clerk)  the first point of contact is the Clerk (Proper Officer to the Council). All complaints will be taken seriously and the Clerk will advise on the process. If there is a complaint regarding the actions of the Clerk the Chairman of the Parish Council should be contacted.
