Welcome to the Saffron Walden Art Society web site.

The society meets monthly and offers artists and art lovers alike an opportunity to paint, learn new skills, visit exhibitions and sell their own work at venues throughout the Saffron Walden area.

As well as holding monthly meetings, the society has a major exhibition and sale of members' work in the winter with smaller exhibitions held in the Jubilee Gardens throughout the summer months. We also have a permanent, changing exhibition at Starbucks Coffee House in Saffron Walden.

There are also painting days and workshops at the weekends which take members out and about in East Anglia and organised coach outings to major exhibitions and trade shows in London.
