Information Day - 2nd Juy 2016

The BCT took part in a community funday on 2nd July to find the views of residents about the up and coming community facility.  Trustees attended and discussed with residents their wants and needs for the new community.  The day was successful with approximately 80% of respondents stating  'a sense of local identity' was important to them.

On April 5th 2016 a turf cutting ceremony took place to mark the start of this project.  The event was attended by the Mayor of Chelmsford, Cllr Paul Hutchinson, members of the community trust with the Bishop of Bradwell and Archdeacon of Chelmsford.  The Chariman of the Trust Rev. Lee Batson said " this is an exciting new venture, bringing together the parish council and the church. We are delighted that it will provide a focus for the new community and the existing residents of Beaulieu "
