Rate Reviews

The fees are reviewed by the Trustees annually. The Rooms were built as a result of fund raising locally by the people of Billericay from the 1860's onwards with additional funds from Grants and Local Organisations since that time (see the History of the Rooms).  Therefore the Trustees feel that charities and local residents should benefit from reduced fees where possible. Thus in 2017 it was agreed that fees for Registered Charities and for non profit making events booked by Billericay residents, associations and clubs would be reduced. This followed a similar reduction made in 2016. These reductions were possible as a result of strong private and commercial bookings.
