BRADWELL (with PATTISWICK) PARISH COUNCIL

 

Minutes of an Extraordinary Meeting of Bradwell Parish Council

held at 7pm on Thursday 3rd  December 2009

 

PRESENT: Mr J Marshall (Chairman); Mrs D Tyrie (Deputy Chairman);

Mr B Saville; Mr M Keepence; Mr T Speakman; Mr R Webb; Mr P Wigg

 

APOLOGIES: None

 

DECLARATION OF INTERESTS: None

 

RESOLUTION: The meeting resolved to exclude the public and the press due to the confidential nature of the matters to be discussed in accordance with Standing Order 16.2.

 

Proposed: Cllr Saville; Seconded: Cllr Webb. Passed. For 6;  Abstention 1; Against 0

 

EMPLOYMENT MATTERS:

 

The Council resolved to refuse to accept the Parish Clerk’s resignation.

 

Proposed: Cllr Saville; Seconded: Cllr Wigg; For 6; Against 1

Cllr Tyrie voted against.

 

The Council agreed to set up a Committee to draw up revised Terms and Conditions for the Parish Clerk’s employment

 

The meeting closed at 8.15pm
