4 MINUTES of the MEETING held on Monday 13 July 2009

MINUTES
The Minutes of the last Meeting were agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
PLAYING FIELD
Cllr Saville will inspect the playing fields twice during July and the Cllr Marshall during August.
The Annual Inspection took place during May – the report recommended action to swings, springer, picnic benches and shelter. Cllr Keepence agreed to attend to the issues raised.

ESS/37/08/BTE Rivenhall Airfield, Coggeshall Road (A120), CO5 9DF – Integrated Waste Management Facility
This application has been called in by the Secretary of State
The Council agreed to support Braintree District Council’s submission to the Pubic Inquiry.
09/00831/FUL The Slades, Cuthedge Lane – Siting of mobile home as temporary agricultural dwelling for a period of 3 years for use in connection with the existing fish farm – revised application with mobile home sited outside flood risk area.
No objections.
