Public Question Time - there will be a period of 15 minutes in which members of the public will be able to raise questions on matters of local concern. The Council requests that any questions be submitted, in writing, to the Chairman or Clerk at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to the meeting in order that the letter can be circulated to all Councillors.
