The Friends of the Riverside Park has been created so that the people who use the park have a voice in the park's management and development.  

Since the group's inception, the Friends have been involved with the planning of paths, play equipment, toilet facilities, youth shelters, BMX area,play and exercise facilities.  

We have also helped Burnham United Solutions implement a 1 mile long Trim  Trail - complete with a record of the trees and shrubs on route - so you can learn about local nature and get fit all at the same time... The trim-trail tree pictures are under Photo Album, and a map of the trail is to be found in the park.  

This site is created to enable people to share their experiences, ideas and hopefully photographs of the park. The photograph album page has various pictures, most of which still need identification.
