A free service to some of the most isolated or rural communities within the borough to ensure that everyone has access to Council services. The Mobile Customer Information Service provides residents with access to all relevant information locally. The Council's Mobile Customer Information team currently visits ten rural communities around the borough or where public transport is perhaps less frequent, to make sure that residents with the greatest need for advice and support, such as the elderly, young families and those with mobility requirements, have access to information and advice about Council services. There is no need for an appointment, just drop in between the designated times
