Chelmsford MDF is a self help group for people with Bipolar symptoms, their carers,
family and friends. It offers practical advice and support from the experiences of it's
members, helping each other to manage their condition and take back control of their lives.
Fortunately when the condition is well managed there is hope of a stable and fulfilling life.
Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday every month between 7.00pm and 9.00pm.
The venue is the CVS Conference Room,
47 Broomfield Room,
Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 1SY
There is ample free parking.
Light refreshments are provided.
The venue is close to Chelmsford train station and bus terminal.
