Clacton Area Crime Prevention Panel

SEEK TO PROMOTE A GREATER UNDERSTANDING AND
COOPERATION BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THE COMMUNITY 

 Our aim -

• To stimulate public interest in reducing crime.
• To alert the community to the types of crime which are prevalent and advise on preventative measures.
• To involve schools to encourage and educate children to lead a life free of crime.
• To create a website that becomes a useful resource for the community and furthers the aims of the panel.
  

The panel, which covers the whole Tendring district is totally independent. It is staffed by volunteers and funded through charity events.
