Peer Support for anyone suffering Mental Distress. Signposting to other groups and services Safe enviroment to talk and meet new freinds. Assisting in ways to join the community using support and befreinding. A chance to put concerns about saturary services to the correct department through Govenors.

Our centres of population are Stanford Rivers and Toot Hill, all within a very rural part of Essex. The Council meets every two months at the Toot Hill village Hall, normally at 1950 on the 2nd Thursday of "odd" months. All are welcome.
