East Hanningfield News is published quarterly by the Parish Council.

The Editor and the distributors who deliver it to every household in the parish are all volunteers.

The publication dates are the first of each of the months of March, June, September and December.

Copy dates for each issue appear in the previous edition, as does the email address to which electronic copy can be sent. The copy date for the DECEMBER 2008 edition is 14th. NOVEMBER, but earlier submission is appreciated.

Hard copy should be delivered to 2 Clinton Close, East Hanningfield. Advertising rates are £20 for a full page, £11 for a half page and £6 for a quarter page.
