  •  Eastwood Chorale is a small, friendly and versatile group of singers who meet on Wednesday evenings in the Eastwood Community Centre, Western Approaches, Eastwood SS2 6XY (next door to Morrison's supermarket).  The choir has a varied repertoire performing works ranging from Handel and Bach through to Lloyd-Webber and the Beatles. Also for the last few years around Christmas time we have arranged seasonal concerts for those folk who don't often have the opportunity to enjoy musical entertainment.

  •  We perform about 3 concerts each year and aim to provide variety for our members and audiences which means alternating between light music, songs from films and shows and more traditional choral music, such as:  The recently performed Beethoven Choral Symphony, Faure's Requiem, Messiah etc.

  • Whether you have sung before or not, Eastwood Chorale extends a warm welcome to anyone who would like to come along and give us a try. We do not require auditions nor do we expect everyone to be concert performers, most of all we want to welcome folk who might enjoy singing with an enthusiastic bunch of similarly minded people.

  • The choir is set up as a charity (Regd no 1033315) and also has a programme of social events: BBQs, quizzes social evenings which incorporate an element of fund raising and are well supported by our members.
