Meeting Dates 2009/2010

    We meet, generally, bi-monthly on the third Monday of the month in Epping Green Chapel normally starting at 7:30pm.

The remainder of meetings for this Council Year are as follows: 

15 March 2010
10 May 2010 (Parish Meeting)
17 May 2010 (Annual Meeting)

        There is an agenda item early in the meeting for members of the public to make their views known on any item on the agenda or of mutual concern.  The maximum time for this item is 15 minutes. 

 The Planning Committee also generally meets on Mondays at 7.30 pm - subject to receipt of planning applications.  If you have an interest in a particular application please contact the Clerk who will be able to advise you when it is to be discussed by the Parish Council or check this website or the Parish Notice Boards
