The Essex Concordat was signed at the House of Lords

on Wednesday 13th February 2008

By invitation of Lord Hanningfield Leader of Essex County Council Cllr John Buchanan, Chairman of the Essex Association of Local Councls, signed the Essex Concordat on behalf of the members of the Association.

 Present at the signing were representatives from Essex Quality Parish and Town Councils.
