The Committee consisting of 7 membersRepresenting the 7 councils in the Basildon District Meetings per Year Six - CommitteeOne - Annual MeetingOne Special – Guest Speakers EALC Chair and CEO Plus Quarterly Liaison MeetingsConvened by Basildon District Council All meetings are currently held in evenings at locations in the Basildon District, although in the past meetings have been held on Saturday mornings.  An estimated that about 60 hours work per year - preparing agendas- attending meetings- writing and distributing minutes- sending and receiving correspondence arising from BATPC business The Secretary also holds the files of the agendas, minutes and correspondence of the Association. Applicants to contact the current BATPC SecretaryCllr John Buchanan01277-656715cllr.buchanan@tiscali.co.uk  Salary negotiable(Travel expenses to the meeting locations will not be available)
