Are you a Family Carer of a person with a learning disability?

  Essex Carers Network represents the views of carers of adults and children with learning disabilities in Essex and promotes these views to those people who are influential in the policy making process.

We hold quarterly meetings in Chelmsford for our members to discuss and share information on all that is happening regionally and nationally including conferences, workshops, support, changes in legislation, funding, respite etc.

With our links to the Local Action Groups, other carer groups and regular attendance at local regional and national meetings, boards and conferences we are able to support issues that concern carers of people with learning disabilities and initiate change through the local and regional Boards.

We are totally carer owned and run.
