• The Partnership is sponsored by the Essex Chief Executives Association
• All EOLP meetings are chaired by a District or Borough
• The EOLP Management Group controls and commissions the work programme
• The EOLP Resource Team is responsible for the strategic development, programme management, project management and support for the meetings
• Project boards and working groups carry out activities and are always chaired by a District or Borough representative
