GALLEYWOOD PARISH COUNCIL 23rd ANNUAL PARISH OPEN FORUM : MONDAY 26 APRIL 2010
Make a date to come along to our new style informal Annual Event at the Galleywood Heritage Centre. This year doors will open at 6.30 pm with an exhibition of clubs, associations, groups including schools and churches in Galleywood, plus the chance to view the much loved Ron White Photographic Exhibition; information on the Galleywood War Memorial and progress on the Village Plan for Galleywood. The highlight of this special event will be presentation of the Galleywood Parish Council Awards. The Horse Shoe Tea Room will be serving refreshments throughout the event. We look forward to welcoming you.

Do you have concerns about roads, schooling, housing, play areas, vandalism, shops, transport, surgeries, litter ? Then take part in our Village Plan. A notice with questionnaire will be delivered with your copy of Galleywood Grapevine (or can be downloaded here), completed forms can be dropped back to the Parish Council Office or Galleywood Motor Spares, Co-operative Store, Galleywood Library or Galleywood's 1st Diner.

Would you like to nominate someone in the village who has made an outstanding contribution to the village community during April 2006 - March 2010 ? Then now is your chance ! Application forms can be found here and need to be completed and returned to the Clerk by Friday 2 April 2010. Awards will be presented by the Chairman at the Annual Parish Open Forum on Monday 26 April 2010 (during the evening).
