Grants Application Process DEADLINE AGREED

Does your local organisation need financial support in 2013/14?

 

If so, you may be eligible to apply for a grant from the Parish Council. The deadline this year for submission of applications is MONDAY 24 SEPTEMBER 2012. Click here for details on the application process together with an application form you can print out and complete by hand. (A form you can complete electronically is available from the Clerk).

 

Clerk's running report

The Clerk maintains a running report of actions taken and in progress following Council meetings to keep Councillors up to date on progress of decisions and requests. The report also includes lists of planning applications and comments made by the Parish Council and crime reports and statistics for the village. This is also available to the public here

 

Plan of Council's Business

This document gives an estimate of what matters of Council's business will be addressed at meetings throughout the year. It is also updated after each meeting to summarise matters actually dealt with.  Click here for details.

 

The Constitution

The Council's Constitution sets out approved procedures, standing orders, delegated powers and financial regulations to be followed here 

 

The Annual Risk Assessment minute 12(iii) October 2011

The annual risk assessment sets out the Council's estimate of the potential risks, the likelihoods of them occuring and potential impacts if they did across the wide areas of its activities. It also sets out its proposed actions to address these here
