Green Skips
The green skip will visit Hadstock from 12pm - 1pm every Sunday throughout the spring, summer and autumn. It will be at Bilberry End on the first Sunday of the month and the village green on subsequent Sundays.

Refuse and Recycling
Refuse and recycling services are provided by Uttlesford District Council.
Refuse collection in Hadstock takes place on a Wednesday (except after a Bank Holiday when it is collected on a Thursday). Uttlesford District Council has special arrangements for collection of bulky waste – click here for more details.
Wheelie bin collection alternates on a fortnightly basis. On week one, the brown topped bin (wet waste) and the green topped bin (recycling) are collected. On week two, the brown topped bin (wet waste) and the black topped bin (non recycling) are collected. For a full calendar of collection dates click here.

Bins for cans, paper and glass are located in the car park of the King’s Head pub.
Green skip
Between April and October, a green waste skip visits Hadstock every Sunday between 12 and 1pm. This is located at Bilberry End on the first Sunday of the month and on the village green on subsequent weeks.
General skip
There is a general skip in Hadstock twice a year. Scheduled dates for 2007 are 14th April at Bilberry End and 6th October on the Village Green.
Civic Amenity Site
The nearest Civic Amenity Site is located in Thaxted Road, Saffron Walden.
Opening times:
1 November – 31 January 8am – 4pm
1 February – 31 October 8am – 5pm
Tuesdays between 1 May and 31 August 8am – 8pm
Open 7 days a week except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
