St Botolph’s church is not only a beautiful and historic building but also plays an active role in the community life of the village. The church is open every day for visitors and parishioners for thought, meditation and prayer.

Services are held at the following times:

1st Sunday

11am Family Service

2nd Sunday

8am Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer)

3rd and 4th Sundays

11am Parish Eucharist

5th Sunday

9.30am Joint service with All Saint's in Ashdon

Bell Ringing


St Botolph's church has a team of bellringers which welcomes new members (experienced or beginners). They meet every Tuesday at 7.30 pm in the bell tower.

The Friends of St Botolph's


The Friends of St Botolph's is a charity which seeks to "restore, preserve, repair, maintain, improve and beautify” this ancient building, its fixtures and fittings and surroundings.

It is currently hosting a series of evening concerts in conjunction with the Guildhall School of Music. Dates and concert details can be found in the events section of the website.
