The Clerk to the Parish Council is Mrs Sarah Gaeta.
To arrange an appointment to see the Clerk in person, please telephone  01245 382865 or email between the hours of 9:00 and 14:00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  She normally attends the office situated on the corner of the Community Association Village Hall, Maldon Road, Hatfield Peverel.
