Race Day Timetable – Sunday 6th May 2018

Race HQ is at The Village Hall 
9 40 am start and assemble in Village Hall Sports field
10.00am Race Starts
12 00 pm Prize Giving
After Prizes 'Fun Run' starting from the Sports Field over a 1 Mile loop through the village



No wearing of headphones and listening to music - any person caught using these during the race will be disqualified and banned from future races.
 No dogs allowed on the course.
Competitors are responsible for their own timings.
 Trophies and prizes for all main categories, including 1st man, 1st lady, 1
st MVet, 1st FVet
 All Competitors finishing the 10k race will receive a commemorative medal
 We ask that all runners assemble on the sports field as indicated at 9.40am before moving to the start line on the road
 The race finishes on the high street and onto the sports field.
 Water Stations will be provided en route and at the finish.
 Car parking is available at the village hall car park, and an over flow which will be clearly signposted in the village.
 Please allow plenty of time to park and make your way to the village hall. We strongly recommend that you are parked by 9:15am.
 The changing/shower area will be attended throughout the event, but the organisers can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to competitors’ property.

Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers

Refunds and Cancellations

If you change your mind or decide to cancel your place because of injury, illness, lack of training, weather or other reason then unfortunately the organisers of the High Easter 10K Road Race will not be able to refund your entry free. In addition no refunds will be given if the race has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers control.


Entries to the High Easter 10K Road Race are personal to the applicant and race numbers must not be sold or transferred under any circumstances. Any runner who knowingly competes in another person's race number will be disqualified.
