Opening times for the Civic Amenity Sites on Leigh Marshes & Sutton Road Southend are as follows:
1st November to 31st January 8.00am to 4.00p.m.
1st February to 31st October 8.00pm to 5.00p.m.
In addition, the sites remain open until 8.00p.m. every Tuesday night from the 1st May to 31st August.
