NEED A VENUE FOR YOUR PARTY, SALE, CLASS or TALK?

If you are a Mistley resident or organisation you can hire the new improved Village Hall at Furze Hill for only £7.50 a hour.

There's a new floor throughout, and new curtains for the stage, as well as a spanking new kitchen.

Come along to one of our monthly coffee mornings (10am-noon). We have a raffle and often a guest speaker too. Call 01206 392 714 to find out when the next one is planned.

Are you interested in learning new computer skills? We are hoping to raise funds to buy laptops and arrange internet access for the hall, call 01206 392 714 (evenings and weekends only) to let us know what skills you need, and to find out more.

CHARGES (cheques made payable to 'Mistley Village Hall')

MONDAY-THURSDAY 9am-1.30pm £7.50 per hour. 7pm-11pm £10 p/h

FRIDAY 9am-1.30pm £8.50 p/h. 7pm-11.30pm £100 flat fee

SATURDAY 9am-6.30pm £8.50 p/h. 7pm-11.30pm £100 

SUNDAY 9am-1.30pm £8.50 p/h. 7pm-11pm £75

Non-residents and organisations pay an extra £2 per hour, or £50 on top of the flat fee.

NON RESIDENTS If you wish to hire the hall for a profit-making activity (such as a sale etc) the fee is £15 per hour.

DEPOSIT You must provide a £50 CASH deposit when you book. This will be refunded to you after the event if you leave the hall as you found it.

ADVANCE NOTICE You must pay the full hiring fee at least fourteen days (two weeks) before the booked event.

CANCELLATION If you have to cancel a booking more than two weeks before the event the booking fee will be refunded in full. If you give less than two weeks notice, only half (50%) of the fee will be refunded.

REGULAR BOOKINGS if you want to use the hall regularly please book in advance for a period of at least six months. All such block bookings will be considered and approved by the management committee.
