ADVICE & GUIDANCE
ngage can offer knowledge and advice to individuals, groups and Forums across Thurrock on subjects such as publicity, constitutions, funding opportunities advertising, and much more. We provide information through various methods such as our newsletter ‘LINK’, regular information updates & open meetings. ngage also facilitate groups in various ways by acting as an independent chair, giving guidance on publicity and continual support as necessary.
Through our involvement with the council & partner agencies we are also able to guide and inform communities on what is happening locally and how they can become involved. ngage also represents community interests at various meetings, partnerships boards.
TRAINING
ngage offer free training sessions through the ‘On a Learning Curve’ programme on subjects such as How to consult in your effectively, Committee Skills, Organising a public event and many more. ngage are also happy to visit community groups direct.
All trainings are free of charge and are there to help residents and groups in Thurrock develop and enhance their existing skills and knowledge.
RESOURCES
A laptop computer can be loaned to groups for their publicity, agendas, minutes etc. Numerous books and information packs that are available for loan, we also hold a variety of Information that is available for groups and individuals to use.
