A big thank you to all residents which helped with the Community Litter Pick event held on Sunday 25th November it was a very windy morning but was attended by several of McDonald staff, members of the local police team, Parish Councillors, Chairman of the Noak Bridge Nature Reserve Ray Batty, District Councillor Sargent and other members of the community. The group worked together for 1.5 hours on targeted litter hotspot areas and collected in excess of 15 bags of rubbish.

All ages are welcome to attend and our thanks are expressed to the youngest member of the group 3 year old Daisy O’Connor—Blount. The next litter pick event is scheduled the same day that the Crunch is also located in Coppice Lane so please come along drop off some of your rubbish in the crunch and then give an hour of your time to help give the area a spring tidyup.   Litter Picks and bags are provided please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
