MEETING DATES 2009-10

All Council meetings are open to the public (but some business may need to be held in private session to preserve confidentiality). Time is allowed in each meeting for members of the  public to address the Council - this is normally limited to 10 or 15 minutes. The office will always give advice and information about public participation in meetings.

SPECIAL NOTE:  Meeting Dates are subject to change - all alterations will be posted here as soon as possible but if you want to attend a specific meeting please feel free to check with the office or view the agenda's posted on our notice boards.
