Council Offices at Bansons Way

The Council Offices at Bansons Way are available for hire.   Both the Council Chamber and the smaller Meeting Room are available for meetings, conferences or other events with full disasbled access.  There is an induction hearing loop in the Council Chamber.

The Council Chamber holds up to 35 people seated and 50 standing and opens up into a garden area.  

The smaller Meeting room is available for meetings of up to 6 people and can be used as a 'break out' room from the main conference room.  A projector and screen is available for use as well as flip chart, both table top or freestanding.

Kitchen facilities are available for the hirer to use, otherwise tea, coffee etc can be provided.
