When: every Monday evening at 6.30pm **There won't be any sessions on 17 and 24 February 2020. They will resume on 2 March 2020**

Cost: £5 per class 

Duration: 45 minutes to an hour 

Suitable for: anyone aged 15 or over.

This box and tone circuit class is a great and fun boxing workout designed to not only improve your cardiovascular fitness but conditioning and endurance too!

Laid out in circuit format using boxing training excercises such as boxing, skipping and press-ups, it allows you to work at your own fitness level aiming to gradually improve and develop your cardio fitness, endurance and muscular strength.

With class plans changing regularly this class does not give your body's fitness levels time to plateau and also keeps things fun and varied.
