Who else do we need?
To make this event successful takes many elements. The first of course have been taken care of, the venue, sound, lighting and equipment. But there are many things which can be done to make this event a real success.
We also need people who are willing to be involved in other practical ways. Ticket selling on the door, security, back stage assistance, people to run information stations and the list goes on. If you would like to be involved with any of the aforementioned please let us know.
As ever the bottom line is, we need sponsorship. If you run a business and would like to offer a donation either financial or in practical terms there are several ways this can be done. Financial donations should be in cheque form and made payable to: Rock for Havens Sake. Donations to the Prize Draw should be notified initially to Anne via any of the contact details given. Donations of saleable items such as Tee Shirts, Printed Car Stickers etc will also be most gratefully received and again please just let Anne know of your offer. You will be sent a receipt as confirmation. Please send all donations to Event Coordinator, 2 Southwick Road, Canvey Island, Essex SS8 0EP by no later than 21 March 2008.
