How to register to be a member of this website/access rotas

Joining the website does not mean you are a member of the pool or that you have 'preregistered', you still have to complete your application form, pay and sign up for duties. it does means you are on our mailing list - and that you can request access to the rotas.

JOINING THE WEBSITE DOES NOT GIVE YOU IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE ROTA, but access will be granted usually within 24 hours.

You do not have to join the website to be a member of the SWCHS swimming pool club, as you can view the rota poolside, during pool opening hours. However you will not be informed of any events/changes in opening hours etc if you are not on the mailing list.


JOINING THIS WEBSITE is very easy

WHAT TO DO; At the top of this site, in the blue bar it says NOT A MEMBER subscribe to this group.

1. Click on 'subscribe to this group', then register, at the bottom, where it says Register now for your login to essexinfo.net

2. You will be sent an email, follow the link and using your password then you must LOG IN

3. Then email splash2008@me.com and ask to be 'approved' so that you can see the rotas.

(you cannot see the rota until you are 'approved', this is to keep access private).

This will happen the next time the inbox is checked - usually within 24 hours, often much sooner. When you are 'approved' you will then see a new heading WHEN YOU ARE LOGGGED IN, in the left hand navigation menu titled, 'Members only ROTAS'. You will find rotas and contact details and information about how to change your sittings, if necessary.

Please request access in good time, so you are not depending on a committee member being able to react instantly.
