NEW Opening hours for the pool

Proposed Opening dates Sat 19th June - until Sunday 19th September 2010 (tbc), no weekday or restricted hours during September.

CURRENT HOURS

Weekdays after school 4pm - 6.30pm (following state school holidays)

(Please note that changing rooms are not available until 4.45, though the toilets are open.
However, midway through the season, hopefully, our own facilities will be ready).

Weekends 12 noon -6pm, no swimming during lifeguard break 2.30-3.00pm

Weekdays during the holidays 2-7pm, no swimming during lifeguard break 3.30pm - 4.00pm (6-7pm is lane swimming).

PROPOSED HOURS

Weekdays after school 4.30pm (or 5pm) - 7.30pm (following state school holidays), this would allow adults users to swim after work but is not so convenient for those wishing to come straight from school.

Weekends 12 noon -6pm, no swimming during lifeguard break 2.30-3.00pm

Weekdays during the holidays 2.30-7.30pm, no swimming during lifeguard break 4pm - 4.30pm (6.45 - 7.30pm is lane swimming). This would give lane swimmers a later slot in the evening, but it does mean a later opening time. Alternatively if we raise the fee (Approx £5 per family), we may be able to open from 2-7.30pm.
