St Lawrence Parish Council serves the rural community situated on the south bank of the River Blackwater.
St Lawrence is nestled deep in the Dengie Hundred, a coastal, rural and farming area rich in migratory birds and marine life. The village boasts just 1,500 residents and 600 homes and yet it is a surprisingly vibrant community - particularly during the summer months. With two large caravan sites, a busy sailing club and an active ski-club, there is always something interesting going on!
THE NEXT FULL COUNCIL MEETING IS TO BE HELD ON
MONDAY 26th. NOVEMBER 2018 in the Church Centre St. Lawrence at 7.30pm
