Council Meetings

Stambridge Parish Council hold public meetings on the FIRST Monday of every month where all the public are welcome to come along and take part in the meeting. (except when it is a bank holiday then it is the following Monday).

There are NO Meetings in August as this is the Recess period.

The meetings take place at Stambridge Memorial Hall, Stambridge Road, Great Stambridge in November, December, January, February and March and then  St Mary and All Saints Church Hall (sited behind the Church), Stambridge Road, Great Stambridge, in April, May, June, July, September and October.

The meetings start at 8pm unless otherwise advised. Everyone is Welcome.

The is Annual Meeting of the Council and Annual Parish Assembly which take place in May evey year starting at 7.30pm  ALL WELCOME and chance to forward your ideas and any issues. 

PLEASE NOTE OUR NEXT MEETING WILL BE the Parish Assembly on Thursday 16th May 2013 at 7.30PM St Mary & All Saints Church Hall, followed by the Annual Meeting of the Council at 8pm
