ENCORE develops for the future: ENCORE's successful product, e-Community Publish, is being further developed to enhance functionality and usability in order to make it as widely accessible as possible across local authorities, community groups and parishes.

The latest version of the CMS software (v1.4) for essexinfo.net has successfully gone live. Congratulations to all involved!

essexinfo.net now has 15 parish/town council sites and 10 community site - an excellent start to the launch.

What is RSS?

RSS is a web format used by news, websites, weblogs etc that allow you to subscribe to RSS feeds, these are typically sites that change or add content regularly. RSS subscriptions are free, but they typically only give you a line or two of each article or post along with a link to the full article or post.

To demonstrate the use and power of RSS newsfeeds a selction from various sources (eGov Monitor, Publictechnology.net, National Statistics, Guardian Jobs, BBC) have been placed on the Test Community site in the NewsFeeds folder.
