1. Apologise for Absence

Members are reminded that the LGA1972, s.85 states that apologies for absence must be received prior to a meeting.

 

2. Declaration of Interest

To declare the existence and nature of any ‘personal’ or ‘personal and prejudicial’ interest relating to the items on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 8 to 12 (inclusive) of the Code of Conduct for Members.

 

3. Public Forum

Members of the Public will be given an opportunity to put forward their question(s) or statement to the Council.   The Chairman will at his discretion then decide if he is able to answer the question(s) or proposes to put the item on the agenda for the next meeting.

  To approve payments and sign cheques.  

 

5. Recreation Ground

a)     To discuss letter received from resident of Elysian Gardens regarding clearance of vegetation from northern boundary of the Recreation Ground.

b)     To consider proposal from John Hill for refurbishment of the changing room area in the Pavilion.

c)     To discuss Project Victory.

d)     To discuss skatepark.

                       i.       To consider quotation for ground works around the skatepark.

                      ii.       Issue with Graffiti

 

6. Internal Auditor

To appoint Internal Auditor for the 2009/10 accounts.

 

7. Woodrolfe Hard

 To discuss increase in rental fees for foreshores at Woodrolfe Creek from Crown Estate.

 

8. Woodup Pool

 To consider quotation for Audit and Risk Assessment from Link into Leisure.

 

 

9. Policing Report

To receive Monthly Report.

 

10. Planning Decisions from Maldon District Council

To receive Planning Decisions from Maldon District Council.

 

  1. Correspondence

To receive correspondence as listed below:

a)    Essex & South Suffolk Shoreline Management Plan – Notification of public consultations for the review of the plan for managing coasts.

b)    Essex County Council – Developers’ Guide to Infrastructure Contributions – Public Consultation Document 2010 Edition.
