Old Mill should be developed

Convert part of Longmeads into flats

More bungalows for elderly

Council to enforce planning breaches, e.g. Rose and Crown

Poor standard of most public houses

More rights of way, involve farmers

Develop land for riverside walk from Co-Op to sports ground

New housing to have good parking

 

No development on Old Mill site

No linking with Chelmsford

No development on sunflower field at top of Lordship Road

No development on Skeggs farm

Open spaces for walking, the cycle way, pond and the Hoppit

Wide range of clubs, associations

Good community spirit

Lack of swimming pool and other sports facilities

Concern over future of Longmeads House

Lack of facilities for youth

Excessive noise from Paradise road playing fields

Lack of purpose community centre

Suggestions

Youth centre attractive to today's teenagers

Heritage trail - static display board

Improve land behind the Co-op
