New Housing - Needs

In the current climate, it may not be realistic to attempt to prevent new housing in Writtle.

What type of houses/dwellings should be allowed for in our Neighbourhood Plan over the next 15 to 20 years?

Affordable "social/Housing Asociation" housing.

Affordable smaller open market/private sale starter houses.

Older people dwellings.

Small size housing, 2 bed.

Medium size housing, 3 bed. 

Larger houses, 4+ bed. 

Any other thoughts?

The number will depend on the outcome of the current Local Plan public consultation and subsequent examination, which should be finally approved by Autumn 2018.
