Planning applications are circulated via email to the Parish Council for comment during the assessment period given by Colchester Borough Council's Planning Department.

Applications are discussed during the  Parish Council Meeting held every month, or where the deadline falls outside of the time scale for these meetings, after circulation to all Councillors.

Comments are then made online on the planning application.

Access to planning applications will be published on this site after they have been received from CBC under Planning Applications. 

Brief details will be given of the application and the relevant application number.
