Committees and Working Parties

Full council meetings and committees require agenda, minutes and are public meetings. Notice to public of meetings by statute must be advertised 3 full days before meetings. 

Working party meetings are sub committee meetings where details are discussed of issues arising. Recommendations are taken to full council meetings for agreement. Working parties are not a public meeting so do not have to be advertised. Alresford Parish Council prepare agenda and minutes for Working Parties.
