MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

AN OPEN FORUM FOR RESIDENTS' VIEWS OR QUERIES IS ALWAYS SCHEDULED FOR THE FIRST 15 MINUTES OF EACH MEETING. 

ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND PRESS.

 Meetings of the full council are held on the third Thursday of each 

month (with the exception of August when no meeting is scheduled).  Committee meeting dates are displayed on the parish notice boards.

The Policy and Resources Committee will meet at 7.30pm on Thursday 13th August at the above venue in

case of items arising during the Summer break needing attention before the full council re-assembles.
