Meeting Dates

The Executive Committee of the Association meets on the second Monday of each alternative month at 8pm at Mayflower School, Billericay. or any other venue as agreed at a meeting. 

The meeting dates for 2014 are:

24th February

17th March  - AGM

  9th June

8th September

8th December

The sub-committees may meet on the same dates but between 7pm and 8pm

The Annual General Meeting, held in March, is when Committee members are elected.

All members are welcomed to attend and to give their views as to the activities of the Association.
