Allotments

The allotments are located on land owned by the Parish of Bulmer known as Turnpike Piece at the junction of Church Road and the A131 and Park Lane.

The map below indicates vacant plots. Please note plot 1a will be let last as it is the easiest to maintain whilst unlet.

Once a plot is allocated the tenant must sign and return one copy of the agreement before any activity commences on the said plot.

Rents are charged at 20p per sq. mtr. payable in arrears. Should the tenant require access to the water supply their is a returnable £10 deposit for key to the supply tap.

The current allotment officer is Councillor Mrs Stella Buchanan, who can be contacted on 01787 312152 for any issues. Plots will be inspected at frequent intervals to see that plot conditions being complied in accordance with the agreement.
