An exhibition commemorating World War I will be held at the Galleywood Heritage Centre on 8/9th November.  More Information can be found here.  Do let Wendy Cummin know if you have material that could be part of the display.

The Galleywood Heritage Centre needs your help.  We are appealing for more volunteers to offer help occasionally at, say, a fund-raising event, some gardening, in the tearoom or maybe delivering some leaflets.

No regular commitment is expected.  Every hour of volunteering is much appreciated and makes a difference.

We now have someone willing to co-ordinate our volunteers—our Volunteer Coordinator [VC].
