Oats Cottages, rural housing project Gestingthorpe

One of oats cottages is available at an "intermediate" rent (lower than free market, but not as low as "affordable" housing), or for part rent, part ownership.
The housing is only available to people in with strong connections to Gestingthorpe (e.g. brought up in village). in need* of a 2 bedroomed house, or if there are no takers, from abutting rural parishes. (The need should be registered with Braintree District Council)
