Councillor Vacancies
VACANCIES ON HIGHWOOD PARISH COUNCIL
There are still two vacancies on the parish council which may be filled by co-option. We very much hope that some volunteers will come forward to fill these as the parish is better represented by a full complement of seven councillors rather than running with just five members. If you are interested in the local government of the community and would like to be involved, do please get in touch. The job does not take up a huge amount of time and you will meet people and have the chance to participate in making decisions which affect the locality.
Areas currently under-represented on the council are Cooksmill Green and Radley Green; also, in demographic terms, women and young people, but applications from anyone are very welcome.
