Parish Assembly Minutes 2010

The Annual Parish Assembly of Highwood was held on Tuesday 11^th May 2010 at 7pm in the Main Hall Highwood Primary School Highwood.

2          Approval of Minutes for 12^th May 2009

            Minutes approved from last years Annual Assembly.

 

3          Chairman’s Report

            The Chairman’s report is shown on Appendix One.

 

4          Guest Speaker – Mr John Minns from the Woodland Trust

Mr Minns gave the audience a very informative 30 minute presentation on the history of the Woodland Trust and the work it carries out.

 

5          Format for 2011 Annual Assembly

It was provisionally agreed that the 2011 Annual Assembly would be held on Tuesday 10^th May 2011 at 7pm. 

 

There being no further items to be discussed the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.47pm.
